Attached is a recent editorial from Wall Street Journal in opposition to California’s efforts to set their own fuel economy/green house gas standards. As you will recall, last week California sued the EPA for failing to issue a waiver for California to implement their standards in a timely manner. EPA has announced that they intend to issue an decision before the end of the year.
